A house dress is what i would call this. A simple dress worn informally around the house or for quick errands. The concept of  house dresses was popularized in the late 1910's by Nelly Donnelly Reed who established that house dresses could be both practical and attractive. This one fits that bill. One size it fits up to a size 12 or 14.
